Funny Friday

 

 

 

This is me at this time every year when I'm ordering Costco cakes for AWANA and the Drama Club cast party.

Leftover Thursday

 Noni sent me this picture the other day after the girls were at her house. They love to climb trees!

 

 

We got the chicky babies all moved over to Noni and Papa's! They are very happy to be out of our little bathroom! 

 

 

Noni took Boo and her two school besties our to dinner and to get their nails done before banquet.

Lou won the church sermon notes and got to pick out of the prize bucket. I thought it was strange when she picked a pair of winter gloves but then when we got home she asked me to cut the finger tips off to make "fancy" gloves. :)

 

 

She found a pack of sticker jewels one day and came out completely decorated. :) This is her when we were dropping sisters off at Drama Club.

Picture Day!

 I feel like Lou's face is changing so much! She looks a lot different than she did a year ago. She is also quite a bit taller! 

 

 

Peaches has been having a growth spurt as well. These girls need to slow down! 

 

 

And Peanut is almost as tall as me!  

 

 

I'm glad that we let her play for the other town again. She had a great time with her friends. 

 

 

She and G pretty much led the team which she loved. :) 

 

 

 J came to watch the girls one of the Saturdays. He is graduating next week! We will really miss having him around. He's such a good kid.

 

 

Peanut is a great player! I'm super impressed with her skills. 

 

 

Last year she was mostly defense but this year she has made an awesome mid-fielder! 

 

 

The girls had fun talking with J during her game. 

 

 

Then it was over to Lou's game.  

 

 

She is such a good little player! 

 

 

She's super fast and has great ball handling skills. 

 

  

 

One of the other moms sent me this afterwards. The two kids on the left live in our old house! Their mom and I were very pregnant with J and Lou and that fall we were all hurrying to get moved into the new houses before the babies came! Seven years later they get to play soccer together! :)

 

After Lou's game it was over to Peaches field. She has played defense all season and is really good at it! 

 

 

She hustles hard and never misses when she goes to kick the ball. 

 

 

She can boot it right up the line, back to the offense. 

 

 

She loved her coaches this year and also loved that her team was undefeated. :) 

 

 

Peanut had a second game that day so we hustled over to watch it after Peaches'. I believe they won this one, but it's hard to remember when I've watched so many games over the past couple of weeks, haha.

Happy Birthday Bug!

 Bug picked bowling for her birthday! 

F's family met us there. 

 

 

We got three lanes and there was only one other group there so we had lots of room. 

 

 

Noni and Papa were out of town but Aunt K was visiting so she and Mama joined us too! 

 

 

Aunt K was on a lane with Peaches, Lou, and I and we did something called Hyperbowling. The bumpers had to be up and they had lights flashing up and down. You had to hit the bumper to get points and got extra points if you hit blue lights, double points if you hit green, and no points at all if you hit the red.  

 

 

Peaches did really well and got several spares! 

 

 

Lou did good too! 

 

 

I didn't pay attention to how the other lanes were doing. They all did regular bowling. 

 

 

Peaches got a strike!

After bowling for an hour we went over the restaurant part and ordered pizza. 

 

 

We let Bug open some presents while we waited for pizza. 

 

 

 Peanut got her a One Piece mug and plate. This is Lufy's hat.

 

 

Peaches and Lou made her birthday cards and got her a pair of scrubs for work and some chocolate for after work, haha. 

 

 

I made her a birthday book of all her birthdays 1-18. It was really fun to look back through all her birthdays and parties over the years. It's still hard to believe her childhood has come and gone!

 

 

 

She requested a Costco cake for dessert. Happy 19th Bug! We love you!!
