Happy Friday! :)
We have had a cold summer so far! There have a been a few warm days here and there, but for the most part it has been pretty cool. As soon as it got the slightest bit warm the girls threw on their swimsuits and headed for the sprinklers. I love how the smallest things spark such joy for them!
We're ready for summer!!
We have been spending every free weekend and evening working on the shop! There are several different ways to do the foundation but we are going with the three concrete pour method. T spent weeks getting everything dug out in preparations for the footings. He went with a different method for the footings this time that uses plastic molds instead of wood. We got that all set and ready for the first pour.
T took the day off and Grandpa, our friend Pastor J, and one of the homeschooled teenagers from church came out to help us.
The girls are having a ball with the dirt pile. It got about twice as big when T dug the footings for the new shop and they have spent hours and hours playing in it. They dig for worms, make them houses, jump and slide down the pile, and do who knows what else but it keeps them busy while we're working!
I don't know why I hadn't seen Bug's 22'-23' yearbook until now but I finally did and grabbed a couple of cute pictures.

We knew a lot of graduates this year! Bug's best friend A graduated. She was valedictorian and did an amazing job. We were very happy for her, but are sad that she won't be at school with Bug next year! We will miss her!
