While Aunt K was here we met up with her and Noni and did our annual pottery painting! Boo was off on a youth outreach in a college town a few hours away. It was their city's light festival and they were part of an evangelist team that had a booth. People could stop by and talk to them and Pastor J and Mrs. C both sent me texts saying how amazing Boo did, sharing the gospel with dozens of people!
They had a board with word games that would get people to stop and play and then they would start conversations with them.
So proud of our girl!!
She doesn't care much for artsy things so we went ahead and did the pottery while she was gone. Peaches chose a princess.
Peanut chose a VW bus ornament.
And Lou chose a mug because she doesn't have her own here at home.
Aunt K and I both did ornaments and Non did another garden stake.
The lady working there took our picture. :)
While we were heading to get some lunch Bug sent us a picture of her feet from where she was relaxing on the beach in Puerto Rico for her honeymoon so we sent her a picture of our feet in their not-so-tropical locale, haha.
The pottery turned out great! I did mine to commemorate the year we got (and kept!) five new kitty babies! Lou wrote Jesus all by herself on the inside of her mug and Noni let her write it on the end of her stake as well. :)
