Boo didn't want a party this year, she just wanted a sleepover with two of her closest friends. They came over Friday night after their basketball game and we did a Costco cake before the little ones went to bed.
Then the big girls went in the hot tub before watching a movie and staying up until 12:30. They went to bed "early" since they all had basketball games the next day. Haha.
One thing you don't think about when family planning...when you have teenagers that stay up late, but still have little ones that don't know what sleeping in is, you are burning the candle on both ends. We were tired that weekend!
We had pancake cereal for breakfast the next morning and Boo got to open her big present from us.
For her teenager trip we will be doing a road trip to Montana! We are going to see a play and do some tax-free shopping!
We got her a Montana t-shirt.
Noni came to help me with the baking party that started about fifteen minutes after these guys were done eating.
Two of the big sisters of the baking party guests came so Peanut got her own little party. She and her two besties hung out in the garden shed/playhouse for a long time and then came in to make their pizzas.
They also got to decorate cupcakes.
The teenagers got to decorate cupcakes too. We counted that we had 18 females in the house including the guests, sisters, teenagers, Noni, one other mom, and I. Poor T hid in the garage all morning. Lol. With all those girls getting 7 cupcakes we had to make 95 of them! We took our girls' cupcakes to church the next day to share.
Daddy took the teenagers shortly after lunch and dropped off R and K for their basketball game and then went on to Boo's school for her basketball game. We tidied up from the party and then headed out to join them.
