Birthday Girl

 Lou's birthday was a Sunday. She actually slept in a bit giving us time to get her present ready. Bug brought her down when it was time.

She was so excited to see her present but she didn't want to get on it. :P

 

 

Let the irrational terrible two's begin. Lol.

 

 

We had one of her favorites...pancake cereal! We stuck a candle in it to sing to her. 

 

 

She was not too sure about the flame. We tried to get her to blow it out, but she wasn't having it. 

Once the candle was gone she was happy. I thought it was so funny...a sprinkle got on her nose and it left a pink mark in the exact shape of a heart!

 

 

After breakfast she wanted to push her car around, but cried if anyone tried to put her on it. 

Then she got a little more brave and leaned over it to steer.

 

 

Then she finally decided it was okay to try. :P

 

 

 

After online church she and I went and got her party balloons blown up at the store and then picked up Mexican, another one of her favorites. We tried blowing out the candle again and she started to get it. 

 

 

We set up for her party while she was napping. 

 

 

Daddy and Grandpa worked on the house while I got ready for the party. They came in about 5. 

We let her open Boo's present when she woke up. She was so happy! She definitely knew she was the star of the show!

We showed her that it played the song and she clapped along and did the motions. 

 

 

Her guests arrived...we invited one family from church. They have three little kids who are super sweet, but the funny thing is we invited them for the the parents. Haha. Lou adores them both...Miss E because she watched her all last year during AWANA, and Mr.T, I'm not sure why. She just loves him and will follow him around. So cute. He was playing toss the baby shark with her. 

 

 

And she was being super silly.
