Soccer!

 Soccer season is here! Peaches started a fad in our family and now instead of having one girl doing soccer we have four! This is Lou's first ball-sport and she was excited that she gets to join in the fun! It also helps that Daddy is her coach so she was totally comfortable going the first day.

 

 

T does such a great job with the little ones! Which is definitely not easy when they are busy picking dandelions, trying to do cartwheels, and flopping on the ground ever few seconds, haha.

He has 5 girls and 2 boys on his team.

 

 

 Peaches is on a team with several kids she knows, and has 3 girls and 5 boys. She has two coaches...one of which is our friend Mr. T. She jumped into her first practice with no hesitation!

 

 

Soccer season and the play overlapped by two weeks so she had to miss a couple of her practices, but went to practice with Lou and Daddy to make up for it.

 

 

The kids are doing a great job learning the basics!

 

 

I don't have any pictures of their practices but Boo and Peanut are also playing this year! Boo begged and begged to be able to do soccer and convinced me because one of her teachers was putting together a team that was going to be very relaxed with no practices so I signed her and Peanut up. BUT then after I'd already done all the paperwork and paid for them they didn't end up having enough players for a team so they combined with another coach (dad of their friends R&G). Except he is an actual soccer coach at the school so he was planning to have practices...in a different town than the littles practices. :P Thankfully they have been able to get rides with friends and then the littles are done earlier so I go get them afterwards. It has been a crazy busy few weeks, but thankfully soccer season is short and almost over. All the girls have been loving it and are already asking to play again next year!
