For Lent we have decided to go with a no TV/Phones/tablets/computer from 5:30-8:30 in the evening: the intention being that we need to spend more family time together and not be so focused on our various technology driven pursuits. In this endeavor Bug has discovered the Farming Game which has long been one of our favorites. We’ve played several times already, and have realized it takes at least two hours to have a good game!

And the second night Boo joined us but only lasted about 10 rounds before going off to play.
The third night Boo only lasted a few minutes, but Buggy has impressive stamina to sit there and play for as long as we’ll let her stay awake. :)
The girls wanted to make a fort and it has been up for several days already. Bug has been pretending that Peanut is her baby and she puts her to bed for as long as Peanut will play along.
She doesn’t usually want to stay still very long, but she will let Bug carry her around, and actually asks to be picked up.

T used some of his wood clamps to hold the blankets on which is the only reason the fort hasn’t been destroyed yet. They work perfectly and make it much sturdier!
The girls hardly ever play in their special little playrooms, but blanket forts are another story!
That is a great idea for Lent! I will have to check out that farm game. Who doesn't love a fort?! TOO FUN!
