The school play was so wonderful this year! It was a huge undertaking but they did Narnia, the musical version! Bug was cast as Susan, the oldest girl, and Boo was the White Witch! So between the two of them they were in almost every scene.
It opened with the kids at Professor Diggory's house after leaving London to escape the bombing during World War 2.
Both girls had so many lines, but they pulled them off beautifully!
Bug played the perfect older sister to "little" Lucy.
And Boo was absolutely amazing as the White Witch! She played the part perfectly!
I told her it was a little scary at how good she was at being bad, haha.
She was syrupy sweet when tricking Edmund, and then viciously wicked later on. It was a great contrast!
She had to sing several songs and many solos and did wonderfully! Everyone was commenting on how beautiful her voice was! Turkish Delight was everyone's favorite song.
Bug also got to sing in several songs and her voice is as beautiful as ever.
Mr. and Mrs. Beaver were hilarious!
Boo had a white wand which she used to freeze people.
And she also had a chariot pulled by her dwarf.
Her enemy was Aslan.
We broke for intermission right before she was about to kill Edmund.
