Play Videos!

 Before every show Ms D would give a little speech and say all the thank yous to everyone that helped and she always ended with what are "good theater noises and bad theater noises" and would ask if everyone knew what you're supposed to say to someone when they were about to do a play. The audience would reply "Break a leg" and all the kids in the wings would yell out, "Thank you!" It was really cute!

 

Peanut told me that she was the one who got to start the show but she didn't mention that we wouldn't see her face until the very end of the play, haha. She was covered in a hooded cape for 75% of the show. :P Boo didn't have any lines but played the park of a town gossip perfectly. She told me she was yawning a lot during one of the shows but she would put her hand over her mouth like she was whispering and I never noticed! Peaches did a wonderful job playing the Newsie! I loved her part!

 

 

The shoemakers were kind to the "old lady" (Peanut) so she blesses them with the elves.

 

 

 

 

Every "morning" Peaches came out with a new headline.

 

 

 

 

Peaches and Boo were on the stage almost the entire play and even though they didn't have a lot of lines they had to practice a lot to get all the kids in right spots at all the right times. 

 

 

 

Peanut did a beautiful job on her speech at the end! One of the moms said she really "stole the show".

 

 

The last scene was really funny!

 

 

Bravo! Bravo!

 

 

Apparently when they were rehearsing bows Peaches accidentally didn't notice the curtain closing behind her and was still waving when everyone else disappeared. It was so funny that Ms D told her to do it after every show. :)

 

 

So proud of all these kids and especially our three little actresses!
