We got to go on our annual camping trip in August and had a wonderful time! We only stayed two nights, but it was relaxing and peaceful and perfect! T took off early so we were able to get down there by 4ish and swim before dinner.
It was a lot cooler this year than previous years, but not so cool that they didn't want to swim.
And kayak. :)
We ate a picnic dinner on the beach and then Boo and Peanut took the kayaks and Peaches was on the innertube and the rest of us walked along the shoreline.

And we made our way over to the stick hut.
It had a lot more signatures this year!
It's so beautiful down on the river!
The girls wanted to scale the hillside.

We walked back to camp and made a bedtime snack of smores.

I got the little ones in bed and everyone else headed for the pavilion for games.
It was just us and the B's but the big girls had fun together playing games while us adults played Pinochle.
