Noni arranged for her piano students to put on a recital at one of the local senior centers! We went the Saturday before and did a run through on their piano.
It was close to Lou's birthday so the G family brought her a present.
We exchanged some small gifts with them at lessons that week. Mrs J always gives us the most thoughtful gifts!
Bug and Boo left school early on the recital day and we all met at the senior center. The seniors eat lunch there several times a week so we were their entertainment after they were through.
The kids passed out little candy bags they had put together. The little ones were SO cute!
Peaches and her friend L passed out programs and smiles!
They did a great job spreading some Christmas cheer!
Lou was up first. She was nervous but she did it!
Peaches had her song down pat and didn't even need music.
We couldn't take up too much of their time so the older kids just did their duets and not their solo pieces.
Peanut and her friend, I, did a wonderful job!
And so did Boo and E.
And the last piano piece was the oldest girls. Bug and A.
The finale was an accapela O Come O Come Emmanuel.
