We headed to Noni and Papa's on the 23rd and went home on the 26th. It was a wonderful, relaxing three days. We played games, did puzzles, ate Noni's amazing meals, and just enjoyed our time together!
The big girls stayed in "Aunt Karen's room" as we all call it. :)
And these three stayed in the bunk bed room.
We did our annual Chinese food and Christmas light looking the first evening we were there. This house is always the best!
The little ones put on a show for us. :)
Quite creative. Haha.
On Christmas Eve we went to church and then out to lunch. Then we spent the rest of the day hanging out.
Auntie N got this cool puzzle for Noni. I have never seen one like it. You worked the whole puzzle and then when you were finished it had a secret envelope to open.
We worked on that puzzle off and on all day with breaks for card games.
And opening the Christmas Eve pajamas.

Over the three nights Noni read us the book The Best (Worst) Christmas Pageant Ever.
And then Daddy read us the Christmas story from Luke 2.
After the little ones went to bed we finished the puzzle and got to open the envelope.
The whole puzzle was in sections and at the end it gave us another packet of pieces that made a small puzzle with instructions to pull the puzzle apart and rearrange it with the new little puzzle in the middle. It was made in such a way that it all still fit together once it was rearranged.
Pretty cool!
