January 15th
Peaches was shaking her head back and forth. "Mommy! I hear a sound!" She started shaking even faster. Me: "What is it?" Her: "It's a wobbly wobble!"
January 21st
Overheard her singing, "Mary had a little man, little man, little man..."
January 28th
Lou made a funny noise. Boo: "What was that?" Peaches: "It was Lou! She did a blesh-shoo!" She proceeded to sneeze and then started laughing, "Haha! I did a blesh-shoo too!"
February 6th
She was showing me a Octopus she had made at preschool. The arms were Cheerios that she'd glued down. She shook her little pointer finger in my face and said, "Don't eat the Cheer-o's with glue on the Ma-ma! You will PUKE!"
February 14th
She was being super silly and saying random things, "Do you want to take a bath in the sink or the shower?" "If I put on the shoes it will dry my eyes out!" "Please pass your EY-ES!"
February 21st
I coughed. "Mommy was that a cough?!" Me: "Yes" Her: "Are you SICK?!" Me: "Yes." Her, astounded, "Mommies get SICK?!" Do Daddies get sick??" Me: "Yes." Her wailing, "But WHY?!"
February 26th
"You want to hear something really funny?!...Please pass the CAR!...Hahahaha...if you eat the car you will burp and DIE!"
February 29th
The girls were frosting sugar cookies for a potluck the next day. She brought me a compass she found. She very seriously came up and pointing to it said, "Mommy. This clock says it's time for cookie time."
