AWANA!

 AWANA is back!! We had a slow start because our Pastor and his family, and another family in the church got Covid. We were exposed so we had to quarantine for a few days before we could get tested. Thankfully we were all negative! But all that left us without many key workers for the first night of AWANA so we pushed it back and started in mid-September. The girls were so excited to be back! 

 

 

Lou LOVES Cubbies! She is technically not old enough to go...for a few more weeks, that is...but since we are all working they let her come.

 

 

Peaches is a Sparky this year! These kiddos are growing up too fast!!

Surprisingly the only part of the night Lou doesn't love is games! That's most kids' favorite part! It is especially strange since Daddy is the game director, but she refuses to run around the circle unless Bug or Daddy run with her. :P She has a great time if that happens.

 

 

Bug is working in Cubbies again and does such a great job! Ms. E has given her some extra responsibilities this year like leading some songs and games.

 

 

Bug got a sucker and on the way home noticed the shadow looked like a lion so she took a picture. Haha.

 

 

The next week was Mustache night. Lou refused to let me draw a mustache on her with the black washable marker, but wanted this pink (non-washable) one. It took a lot of scrubbing to come off! :P

We are looking forward to another wonderful year of AWANA! And we are looking forward to next year even more, when Noni hopes to come back!
