While we were busy working on the house the girls were busy having fun! Noni had to go up to her school to check on her classes' butterflies so the girls got to play at the playground both Sunday and Monday.
She sent this picture with the title, "A little faster than she was anticipating." It cracked me up!

As soon as we got the addition ceiling on we cleaned up and headed to their house for a yummy BBQ. T got on the trampoline with the girls and they had a great time!
They were playing crack the egg.
And Peaches and Thursday were following Papa around. So cute.
Daddy's great at cracking so then the girls wanted to turn the tables.
But they didn't make too much headway with both the weight of him and Peaches. Haha.
It was so fun to listen to their giggles. :)
Noni made homemade chocolate pudding for dessert, but this one's lactose intolerance seems to be getting worse instead of better so she had a Popsicle instead. Her doctor has always recommended giving her a little bit of dairy each day and 6 months ago she could eat half a cheese stick with no problem. Now it seems like even the slightest bit of dairy gives her tummy problems. I was really hoping it would have gone away by now like the rest of them. :(
Anyway, we played Chicken Foot with Mama, Noni, and the girls before leaving. It was a nice relaxing night after a four day working weekend!
