New York New Year!

 We had our traditional New York New Year Game Night at church on New Year's Eve. The kids had a rousing game of Bingo going in the back room.

 

 

They even took it upon themselves to write out a list of rules on the whiteboard, haha. 

It says: 1. Do not sit on the table or else, you don't want to find out. 2. Do not cheat in the game. 3. No stealing prizes or you will be out of the game! 4. No kicking the toys! (you could break it) 5. No kicking under the table!  

Apparently they were having issues with kicking, haha.

 

 

Lou won a "splat" ball and was throwing it up to hit the ceiling.

 

 

Peanut and her friends took over the Sunday school craft room. 

 

 

And Bug and Boo and their friends commandeered the youth room.

 

 

The rest of us hung out in the sanctuary all night with good food and fun games! T and I played Pinochle for hours with the usual suspects. :)

 

 

And just before 9 o'clock T got the live New York ball drop up on the screen.

 

 Happy New Year! Someone brought two loud confetti cannons.

 

 

And both times they went off I couldn't get my phone out fast enough to catch the confetti floating down. :P

 

 

We counted 63 people there so it was a good turnout and it was such a fun night! 

 

 

We are excited for the coming year!
