After 16 days on the road we were ready to be home!! Lou wanted me to hold her hand more often the last two days. She was ready to be done with the car. :)
We arrived in Montana and our last hotel. Noni took the girls swimming while we went for food.
Then we had a hotel room picnic.
The next day was filled with more Odyssey, more books, more coloring, and one more movie.
Daddy, Bug, and Boo wanted to stop at a knife store on the way home so they dropped the rest of us off at a nearby park to get some wiggles out. The water was actually not that cold!
Thankfully, because Peaches slipped and went in all the way up to her belly button. :P
It was really pretty there and nice to be back in our beautiful Northwest.
We made a few rock sculptures.
And enjoyed the few minutes out of the car before the last stretch home.
It felt so good to be back! Our garden went crazy and the tomatoes made a hedge!
Such a wonderful vacation with so many new memories for us to cherish and look back on! Thank you to everyone who had a part in making it special! We love and miss you all already!
So glad you made the trip! Great memories! I've enjoyed reading about our summer fun through your blog! The girls were so great at camp and it was so special to have everyone there! You all worked hard on your fantastic new cabin & I can't wait for many memorable camps ahead!
