On Veteran's Day we got to attend Bug's school program! It was very well done and I was impressed with how well the choir sang with only two months of school under their belts! I especially loved watching because it brought back so many of my own happy memories of being in choir.
And it was fun to hear them singing the exact same Veteran's Day medley that we did in school!
It was also really touching to see all the members of the armed forces go up. Later they each shared their name, branch, and rank.
I had told the girls there would be pie afterwards so Lou, who was sitting on my lap, asked me if it was "Time for PIE?" after every single song. Lol. They were happy when the promised pie was finally delivered.
So fun to see Buggy making such good friends at school!
