The older kids' Grand Prix was really fun! It is always neat to see the different designs they come up with. This year Bug did a pool table, Boo did a hollow log, and Peanut did an ice cream cone. Daddy spent so much time helping them with their cars he didn't have time to make one himself.
The girls are blessed to have such good friends at Awana!
Boo's car wasn't very fast, but the design was amazing!
I thought Peanut's ice cream cone would be faster since it was more torpedo shaped, but it wasn't fast enough to win. It sure was cute though!
Boo won for design! She was very happy!
Ice cream sandwich in one hand and ice cream cone in the other. Haha.
Boo put little Lego bunnies in both ends of her hollow log and glued moss and Lego frogs to the outside. So cute!
The Trek races and gets judged with the adults (leaders).
And Bug also won for design!!
Way to go girls! Hopefully next year Daddy will have plenty of time to make a car since we won't be working like crazy on the house! :)
