Daddy had an early meeting on Peanut's birthday and was bummed that he was going to miss the opening festivities, but she ended up sleeping in until 9:30 so he made it home with time to spare! We all sang happy birthday when she finally made an appearance.

We quickly got her ready (the rest of us had been ready for an hour, haha) and let her open a few presents before we were heading out to the waterpark.
We bought her some roller skates for the Grange!
And Bug and Boo picked out some new Play Doh things for her.
We jumped in the car and headed to town where we picked up Noni before continuing our journey. We got Sonic for lunch since it was after 11 and we didn't want to waste any swim time. We didn't want to take her presents into the waterpark so we let her open them in the parking lot before we went inside.
Aunt Karen found this adorable "Te" outfit!

Mama got her a Butterfly Barbie.
And a boy Barbie!
Aunt Jody gave her a beginning readers bible and some money to buy a souvenir at the water park! She also got birthday money from Pawpaw and Nana and Gma V and Gpa J! I think she's going to use it to buy some Calico Critters things.
I've got a LOT of water park pictures so I'll show those tomorrow. These next ones were the following day. Since we were waterparking all day we didn't get a chance to do birthday cake so we made one the next day and took it to Noni's for dinner since Daddy had an evening meeting and wouldn't be home.

The day after that we finally got the mail for the first time in a few days and found a present from Auntie N and Uncle M!
The girls are all really into Calico Critters right now and she was SO excited to find Baby Panda twins...
And a new set of bunk beds! They already have one set but they'd been saving for another since "not everyone had a bed". :)
