The girls were not overly excited with the first half of our 4th of July. Grandma and Grandpa came over and spent most of the day working. Grandma cut insulation while I put it up. We got most of the addition insulated in just two hours. Grandpa and Daddy worked on wiring, and a bunch of other things.
Peaches got a hold of my phone and took about 40 pictures. Haha! Here are two of the non-blurry ones. Daddy.

And then she wanted a picture of herself. :)
The girls and I headed home for naptime and to get ready for the evening. I pulled out all the bag of 4th of July clothes and they had fun finding something in their size. I went out to grab one picture of the 4 of them, but it turned into a mini-photo session when they each wanted their own and some together. Haha. Cutie pies!

Peanut has been wanting to lose a tooth for literally years. Ever since Boo lost a tooth about two years ago she's been asking when she would lose one. When one finally got a little loose we were worried that she was going to damage her gums by all the wiggling and trying to get it out!
Finally one was actually lose enough to come out and was sitting in there a little crooked so Daddy offered to pull it. It was the night before the 4th of July and Noni and Papa were over after church meetings.
Here goes...
One little tug and it was out!
She was SO happy!

We started calling her Toothless Joe and she loved it! The Tooth Fairy visited that night with the $5 for the premium first lost tooth! Good think she only gives $1 after that! Haha!
She actually has several other loose ones so she might be sporting a VERY toothless smile in the near future!
Peaches is starting to get into tutus and dressing up. Although she hasn't quite figured out how they work. Haha.
When the kids go shopping with Daddy...
Whenever I tell Peaches it's time for her nap she lays down wherever she is and pretends to be asleep.
She's trying so hard not to smile. Haha!
The toddler years are crazy, but so much fun! This little one keeps me on my toes, but makes me laugh a hundred times a day, and her snuggles are the best!
Buggy is getting to be such a responsible babysitter! It's so nice that she is old enough to watch her sister (with adult supervision nearby)! Peaches LOVED when she would play with her in the water. So sweet!
While Daddy went to his fancy dinner on Monday night we took the kids to the park. I'm so glad we didn't end up going because it took them almost TWO hours to get their food! The kids would have been bouncing off the walls!
Instead we were swinging, sliding, and having fun!
Peanut has been working at the monkey bars for months! She finally conquered them a few weeks ago and now she is a pro!
Peaches LOVES slides and has lost all fear of them. She was actually making ME a little nervous climbing the steep steps up to this slide. :P
We had to do the annual growth pictures!
And I had Bug and Boo get a picture here like the one they got when they were little.
So Peanut and Peaches wanted one too. :)
Silly girl!
We got to do something new this year...one of T's coworker has a father who owns a cherry orchard. They had just finished their harvest and everything that was left will now go to waste (actually pretty awful when we saw the millions of cherries still on the trees :( the downfalls of agriculture in the USA).
So we got to have all the cherries we could pick!
The blue bin is called a lug I guess and we had four adults and 6 kids pick 4 of them in a little over an hour.
We got several different kinds of cherries and they were WAY better than anything you could buy in the store!
Another interesting thing...the yellow cherries have to have a certain percentage of "blush" to be sold so they put foil on the ground to reflect the sun and essentially sunburn them!
Cutie Boo! She helped Ms A pick pie cherries! We ate cherries for weeks, and Noni made some cherry jam and canned cherries! Haha!

Our last morning I let the girls watch cartoons while Noni and I got packed up.

Peaches discovered she could draw with her toes. Haha!
Without a doubt the best part of the trip for Peaches was the ducks. She was SO excited to see, "BA-BEE DUCKS! Qua Quack!"
Noni took Peanut and Peaches to feed the baby ducks our leftover Cheerios while we were getting ready to go.
Aww!
Then after lunch we had some extra french fries so they took us to their spot.

I think we counted over 30 including two different sets of ducklings!
