Leftover Thursday

Peaches loves to put anything on her head and yell, "HAT!"

Boo joined in.

And then Buggy. Haha!

They found the AquaDoodle and Peaches loved it! This was the day of the dance so Boo and Peanut had curlers in their hair to get ready.

Where's Peaches? :)

Happy Thursday!

Party Time!

I always try to give potty training three days of undivided attention so Daddy took the big girls away for the three day weekend (President's day). Thankfully it was cousin W's birthday so they had a great time going to his party and spending the night at Grandma and Grandpa's. Peanut rested up on the way to prepare I guess. :)

He took them to Toys R Us on the way.

And out to lunch.

W had a Emoji party! So cute! I wish I could have gone. It sounds like they had a blast.

Happy birthday!

Party!

Presents.

T took our new bouncy house and they have one so it was double the fun!

They had a ball and then did more shopping on the way back. T dropped them off at Noni's and they stayed the night and came back the next day. Here they are sporting their new stuff he bought them. :)

I think they had a better weekend than I did. Haha!

Potty Power!

Peaches and I finally tackled potty training! When you're old enough to take out your own diapers it's time. Haha!

Last diaper! She looks worried.

She was SO excited about the Minnie undies. She loves Minnie more than anything! Anytime she sees her she squeals, "Mim-mie!"

I should have known that this little Tazmanian devil would be my biggest potty training challenge yet. I naively thought that she would be easier because we hadn't been able to find a three day weekend since before Christmas so she is months older than any of the others ever were and she'd been so interested in the potty for weeks that she'd already sat on it dozens of times and even had a two poopys in it. Therefore I assumed potty training would be a piece of cake. Yeah. No.

At least she loved her undies. I had that going for me.

Good thing she's so cute.

Sometimes it helps to bring along a friend.

She watched the movie "Potty Power" about a dozen times during our 3 day potty training. It shows a bunch of kids holding their hands up in the air and shouting, "Potty Power!" and for some reason she would do the same thing, but every time she yells, "TOW!" (rhymes with cow).

Just like Peanut she would almost always go if I would leave the bathroom. She needed her privacy I guess. Haha. One day after the girls had come home one of them went in the bathroom and Peaches tried to follow. I said, "No, she needs her privacy" and she did this. Haha!

She actually understood and controlled #1 within the three days, but had problems with #2 even ten days later. Lots of messy accidents. :( But I think she's finally got it.

"TOW!"
