Road Trip!

 On July 17th, after a full week of packing, sorting, organizing, and packing some more we hit the road! 

 

 We made the most of our space and didn't waste an inch! 8 people and luggage for 16 days and we could still see out the back window! I'd call that a win. 

Thankfully Lou is our best car napper. The other ones need a LOT of persuasion to go to sleep at this age, but we would just tell her it was naptime and she would go right to sleep after a book and a song. She didn't sleep her full hour an half or two hours like usual but I was just thankful she was getting something.

 

 

Our first stop was Boise to spend the night with the cousins, and we got to meet baby J! He is sooo sweet! The girls fell in love with him right away!

Lou is obsessed with babies and was SO proud any time she got to hold him!

 Uncle A made us an amazing fajita dinner. Peaches has told me more than once in the past few weeks, "Mommy you and Uncle A are the best cooks in the entire world!" :)

He also made us homemade cinnamon rolls for breakfast the next day and let Peanut help him.

 

 

The girls had a great time playing with all their toys.

 

 

Watching their "favorite" show Paw Patrol that they have only seen at the cousins house. Haha.

 

 

We also got to have smores for dessert! The girls loved toasting their marshmallows over the fire.

 

 

I got the littles to bed and went downstairs and heard loud giggling and laughing coming from outside. The three big girls were having the best time.
