Wordless Wednesday

Christmas Time!

 We had our annual ring in the season celebration the other day and Boo and Peanut got to do two dances each. Here is Peanut with a few friends. TOO cute!

 

She has been practicing every day and nailed those dances!

 

Noni has been working with the church kids and quite a few were able to come and sing one of the songs they've learned.

Peaches had to be contained for most of the event. Thankfully Papa was there to help out because I was running back and forth getting the girls changed into costumes.

Mr. F gave a fun rendition of the Christmas story. Peaches got to go up on stage with Bug and got a candy cane while listening.

How sweet are these costumes?!? Love them!

Our worship team played two fun Christmas songs.

The whole show was great. Peaches was happy to be let loose after it was over, and this was taken moments before she grabbed an ornament off the tree and chucked it to the ground causing it to shatter into pieces.

OCC

OCC means Christmas time! I love kicking off the holiday season by creating a special one-of-a-kind box of love for a child around the world. For weeks leading up to OCC our church shows video clips of the amazing ways these boxes have changed peoples lives. I love them all! 

Our church had it's best year yet for boxes! We always try to get 100 and this year we got 142! The packing party was a great success!

Peaches did great playing with the other littles in the midst of all the action.

We took extra time with the cards this year and wrote heartfelt letters to the recipients of our boxes.

The girls packed 7+ boxes each and had so much fun selecting special items to go in them.

We went a little overboard with our shopping this year and had lots of extra stuff, but we used it for the packing party so nothing went to waste! 

Peaches is really getting into having her picture taken. She heard the click for this picture...

and turned around with a big CHEESE!

Same thing for this one. Haha! :)

Peanut chose a 2-4 year old girl.

Boo did a 5-9.

And Buggy and I did 10-14. Buggy is at the opposite spectrum of liking her picture taken. :P

Daddy did a 5-9 boy, and we helped Peaches make a 2-4 girl box. She was happy she got to help!

We got as much as we could crammed into those boxes and then prayed over them before sending them on their way!

We probably won't get to know who received them, this side of heaven, but we know that God will bless them and the little ones who they will reach!
