The girls and I got to the hospital and headed up my doctor's office. On the way up I could definitely tell my water broke! They put me in a wheelchair and we went over to the hospital side. Boo held my hand telling the nurses all about how it was her birthday. :) Bug and the other nurse both held Peanut's hands as we went.
We got off the elevator and the one next to us opened with Noni inside! Perfect timing! They got us to a room and I changed into a gown and got in bed. I asked the girls if they were excited that their sister was coming...
Aunt Danae, Grandma, and the kids arrived.
And then Daddy got there...thank goodness!
Everyone hung out in the room while the nurse got me all checked in...they have to ask you about a million questions! Noni kept the kids entertained.
By the time we got everything squared away I was starting to feel the contractions pretty well, but the fibroid was hurting more than they were! Everybody headed down to the waiting room for a bit while I got my epidural. It was nice to have that done. I couldn't feel the contractions at all, and it did deaden the pain of the fibroid, but it had shifted up above my belly button which is about where the epidural kicked in so I could still feel it hurting every time I had a contraction.
I figured this would be our best chance to do cake and presents so everybody came back and we had Boo's birthday party right in the hospital room!
We sang happy birthday and cut the cake.
Peanut found a little side table that was just her size. She was pretty happy about it!
They had remodeled the rooms since we were there with Peanut...very nice! Much bigger, a couch bed for Daddy instead of a chair. :)
Present time!
She got lots of Legos!
And lots of fun clothes!
Noni had a big pink bow on her present.
Daddy put it on his head and Peanut thought it was hilarious!
All the kids loved the velvet posters Seyler had received. They colored and colored.
After the party we told everyone goodbye. Last picture with my three girls!
The girls were so sweet. Bug and Boo kept asking me, "Are you ok Mommy?" and "Are you feeling ok?"
Had to have a picture with my birthday girl!
Then it was time to get serious about having a baby!
